Pricing for Agents for Up and Running in Real Estate:
One agent $249 (each registrant has 6 months to complete the program)
Quantity Discounts (your coach must buy these and distribute)
2-5 'seats' 10% discount: $224.10 each
6-10 'seats' 20% discount: $199.20 each
11+ 'seats' 30% discount: $174.30 each
Must be used within 1 year of purchase.
Companies/affiliates can purchase ‘seats’ and provide as needed. Great recruiting/relationship-building tool.
Please note: Because this is a spaced repetition, coaching program with high accountability, there are no refunds available after registration.
Become a Certified Coach with entry to the Coaches' Corner
For those coaches/managers/trainers who want to coach ‘their’ agent(s) in the program (and agents do so much better with a coach!):
$195 per year (new reduced price), which certifies that you are a 'certified coach' for the Up and Running in Real Estate program. It gives the coach entry to the Coaches’ Corner for coaches’ training; and entry to Up and Running in Real Estate, to coach to the program and see their agent client's work (when you have at least 1 agent registered in the Up and Running program). This fee gives coaches the right to coach as many of their agents as they have registered in the program that year.
Special pricing on Coaches Corner:
Purchase 6-10 'seats' for your agents and pay only $95 for Coaches' Corner.
Purchase 11+ seats and Coaches' Corner is FREE.
How to get this special pricing:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for the coupon code for the special $95 fee or FREE for entry into Coaches' Corner.
2. Using the coupon code you received, purchase entry into Coaches' Corner.

Certified Coaches with agents in the Up and Running in Real Estate program also get complimentary admittance to the Up and Running in Real Estate program (provided after registration in the Coaches' Corner and your agents' registration in Up and Running in Real Estate).
$400 per year; must first be a certified coach; recommended coaches are screened by Carla Cross; upon approval, their bio and contact information is listed on the Up and Running in Real Estate website. Agents who register for the Up and Running in Real Estate program without coaches may contact these recommended coaches for independent coaching services.
