To become a Recommended Coach:

You must first be registered as a Certified Coach. Sign up here.
After you do that, you can apply as a Recommended Coach by completing the application below.
You will be approved or asked for more information within a week.
Upon approval, pay the $400 annual registration fee.
Furnish us a picture to be posted with your biographical information in the Recommended Coaches tab on our website.
